Who gets traded?

Anyone think the Cowboys at least inquire about Fitzpatrick? its only a 2 year deal.

Miami won’t do it for anything less than a 2Nd. Dallas would be stupid to give up a 2nd.

Thoughts?

Dallas could offer a 4th to salvage their season but I doubt they do.

You think Miami would take a 4th?

Reason I brought this up is Dalton has looked not great the two games he started. (From what I saw) Fitzpatrick could be Daks back up next year. Hell maybe even start if Dak isn’t ready.

I think Fitz deal is up after this season.

What more is Miami going to get for an almost 40yo backup?

A 2nd or 3rd? No way.

Hell, I could see Dallas offering a 5th and Miami saying no because they know they have them by the balls.....a 4th next draft and maybe a future 6th or something.

Between now and Nov 3rd is going to be very interesting.

Hell, I'd trade Mariota to Dallas for a 3rd rounder.

But if he is a viable backup on a good (for the team) contract, I doubt they are sending him away for a 4th considering how well he’s played while having just a rookie QB and Jake Rudock behind him.

I wouldn't give anything more than a 4th a future 6th for a pending FA.....

And I only do that because I am trying to salvage the season in a very winnable NFC East.

I agree. I don’t think Miami takes a 4th and a 6th in this situation though unfortunately for Dallas.

Not sure what other team is going to give more to Miami knowing Tua is their present and future....

I don’t think anyone. But knowing you have a viable backup on a decent contract is probably worth it to them in a winnable AFCeast. That’s why I think a 4th and 6th wouldn’t be enough. But it’s just my opinion.

He's going to be 38 in November.

Rams need to trade a TE. Hell we are 3-4 deep

Their starter is a rookie. Jake Rudock is the 3rd string. The division they play in is still winnable. The dude has a decent contract. Getting a 4th and a 6th doesn’t seem like a ton given the situatio.

1st, 2nd and 3rd's get dealt for players in their primes....4th-7th are for malcontents or players on the downside of their careers.....that's just a fact.

It depends on the situation. You think the Bucs are taking a 4th for Brady? He’ll no

Brady and Fitzpatrick in the same situation.
