I had a friend tell me about it a few years ago and he was all "I can tell the difference now when it's not used"Yeah, "OO" flour. I'd never heard of it until I bought that stuff. I guess it's ground much finer than regular flour.
I tried it at the beginning of the lockdowns because I wanted pizza, but we weren't getting carryout. Best pizzas I've ever made at home, for sure.
I want to test him on that
