We have a $150M Cap.
$0M per players with no all star appearances
$1M per All Star Year
$3M per Cy Young Award
$3M per MVP
$25M for any player that started their career prior to 1956
$25M for current players (Miggy & Pujols are current)
$35M for The Bambino
$25M for Shohei Ohtani the hitter another $25M for Shohei Ohtani the pitcher

3 Players from each bucket.
Position players had to have 324 games to qualify for a team
Starting pitchers had to have made 64 starts to qualify for a team
Relief pitchers need 100 games to qualify for a team

Bucket 1 : Marlins : Indians : Braves : Brewers : Angels
Bucket 2 : Yankees : A's : Blue Jays : Mariners : Rockies
Bucket 3 : Mets : Cardinals : Astros : Pirates : Rangers
Bucket 4 : Orioles : Giants : White Sox : D-Backs : Cubs
Bucket 5 : Red Sox : Nationals : Tigers : Rays : Padres
Bucket 6 : Royals : Reds : Phillies : Dodgers : Twins

You can trade money, players and draft picks but not buckets.

You are allowed to change a players bucket.

We are gonna be waiting a while for 500.

The way I did the buckets was I went by playoff winning %. 1. Marlins 2. Yanks 3. Mets 4. Orioles
5. Red Sox and so on. Did it like a snake draft.

Honestly the logistics of that happening is wild.

From what I saw, don't know how accurate this is, but seems like there's much more information to follow. It's only been a portion of the information to be released. Either way not looking good for a lot of people, including two former presidents. No one should be safe from prosecution.
