I got a new PR for a 20 minute talkie bike ride last night.

used the new massage gun I bought the gf for Christmas and my legs feel like jelly right now

Nice work! I think I am finally over the cold/arthritis flare up I had so I am feeling better. Got out this morning for run. Felt great
 
afternoon all, still recovering from a cold, so no big plans for the weekend

Happy Friday. First volleyball game of the season tonight. Pretty sure my team is going to suck, but i'm in it for the fun and rec and don't particularly care.

Got a diagnosis this week that I have melanoma. Early enough that it's stage 0. Main issue point is on my face, so when I go for my Mohs surgery in a couple weeks, it'll be followed by a plastic surgery to make sure i don't end up with a more disfigured face than I already have. Whole thing is no big deal really, just an annoyance.
