temps are going to drop this weekend...time for some real winter.

heading to Chicago on Tuesday for work and will catch the tail end of the zero temps but it will get back into the 20s after that
 
Canceled my kids school based on the impending doom they're predicting this afternoon lol. I think we're supposed to get like 6-10 inches for the first real snowfall of the season.
 
Supposed to get a massive snow fall here today too. We’ll see.

Gonna go out to the dispensary for a few supplies just in case.
 
Yeah we are supposed to get hit later tonight as well. They haven't said with what yet but "it's bad."

@SlinkyRedfoot I'm thinking about taking a solo trip to Cleveland this spring/summer to check out a Twins/Guardians game and check out city. Anything else I need to do?

The Rock n Roll HOF is pretty sweet. There are some great restaurants. You like breweries, correct? Great Lakes Brewing Company is an OG of the craft beer movement, established in 1988. They've got a cool brew pub. There are other breweries, Collision Bend & Southern Tier, but I'm partial to GLBC because like me, they're old.

West Side Market in Cleveland if you're into that sort of thing.

Little Italy is a fun area too. University Home
Joe Torre usually goes to La Dolce Vita a few times when he's in town. It's pretty damn good and I might suggest it over Luca because it's easier to get into and less expensive.

Last time I was in Cleveland I asked around for a great lunch spot and was told to go to this place (forget the name) downtown. Best burgers in town I was told.

They gave me a burger on Texas toast. It was awful.
