I used to love running Rosemount's track in high school.... It was red if I'm remembering correctly, and was practically brand spanking new (this would've been 1990 - 1993).

I actively try to steer my kids away. Back when they had bring your child to work day I gave them the most miserable things to do so they’d hate it. But our damn office had a soda fountain in the break room so all they remember is the all you can drink sodas.

They just got a new one this year after putting turf in for the football field.

Not knowing if you run/ran... but I always loved new tracks. They had that cushiony spring to them.
