Make coach contracts go through a governing body and stipulate that they cannot voluntarily leave a job without having been either previously agreed with the institution in question (i.e. firing) or after serving 2-3 years as coach or they will be barred from coaching for one collegiate season.

I like this idea. A kid should not be able to transfer every year they play.
