I can call my allergies a cold, right? I really don't want to go into the office for the rest of the week.

I had one for Sunday dinner, str8 prune, baybee

I wish. I'm still having constipation and I stopped taking opioids about 2 weeks ago

Everyone's system is different, but if you like spinach, eat a bunch and it may well help.
It doesn't matter if it's raw or cooked.
Apples can help, too.

This is based on - well, things are moving a little too well through my system right now, and I'm trying to slow it down so I don't drop any more weight. I tend to eat a lot of spinach because I love the flavor, and it's packed with vitamins. I didn't eat any for a couple of days and, things stopped moving through my system quite so enthusiastically. I read where apples are good for helping with constipation, and I eat a lot of those, too, so I cut those out. That also helped a little.

I eat apples nearly every day, I take at least one to work, sometimes two. And we eat a lot of greens: spinach, kale, collards, beet greens, etc. A friend who went through breast cancer said she thought the anesthesia messed with her body for a long time after her surgery. I'm not sure if that's my case but I definitely don't feel normal yet.

Magnesium supplement.

I thought apples were for the opposite reason... like when babies have diarrhea, they give 'em applesauce, rice and bananas to plug 'em up.

This scares the crap out of me:

Update: My county has a free service that will notify you if your name or property parcel is part of any document filed with the county. Took 2 minutes to sign up and get confirmed it's active for me.

Dirty deeds done dirt cheap!

no taters? innnnneressting! I'd like to take a gander at the recipe! I've seen some recipes made with ricotta, cream cheese and even cauliflower. I think I'll try these with a browned butter sauce (maybe add some guanciale that I got for making carbonara) but I'd really like a somewhat spicy tomato sauce (but a really thin, smooth one). Maybe a vodka (a la penne) type of sauce?

I'll dig it up.
It's tough to go wrong with browned butter, a spicy tomato sauce, or an a al vodka without the penne.
