In all fairness that comes from a place of having seen how they've talked to some of my coworkers. Like we've had one guy who saw the person on his account being a little blonde girl right out of college and thought he could proverbially push her around.

Only I'm allowed to pick on them damnit.

And, the power is out, here. Likely from tree fall, with the wind and storms hitting the Southern Piedmont, now. It might have a lightning strike, as there was one nearby just before the outage. Or, it’s Tex-ass getting back at me for calling out their weak-ass grid.

Presently, my phone is running off my external power source (glorified battery running low on charge just as I need it).
 
It’s raining so hard, water is backing up from the conjunction of my gutters, likely from an accumulation of tree schmutz atop the gutter screen. I’ll have to clean it when we dry out. Winds blow the shedding oak ganglia onto the roof. Hard rain washes these into the concave gutter joins, and viola. It happens.
