This happened in downtown Youngstown, Ohio yesterday. They are thinking gas leak. 1 fatality but definitely could have been a lot worse. It was at a chase bank

Unless the employer required it and it’s between 8-5. Yes. But if not then
I would say no. But expenses should be covered by employer
