That's what I thought, too. I missed the deadline for open enrollment and thought ALL my elections would stay since I made no changes, but for some reason, I had to re-opt in for HSA or something. I don't know. I get screwed because I still don't have an intern to do that kind of stuff on my behalf. It's really getting out of hand now.

Looked up from my innerneps black hole to see that it was 3:27. Dog has a vet appt at 3:30 so we run to the car, figuring I'll be 5 minutes late. But i'm a nice MF and I call them to let them know. I'm on a loop of hold music, past the 3:30 start, inching towards 3:35. Finally someone picks up and I tell her what's up and she says she can push the appt. to 4pm and I say no thanks, I'm literally at the light before the office and I'll be right there. So I show up at *maybe* 3:37 and the receptionist isn't at her desk, so i sit down until she comes back. She comes out, i check in and a minute or 2 later, she has me go into the exam room. They take the dog to get weighed, then come back and start asking the questions. I mention that I need a new prescription paper for her flea meds and the vet is like, "well, due to time constraints, we'll probably have to do that the next time." So I'm like, "ok." Then she says something about the shots and that she's only getting one today because of her size limitations (duh. I already told you guys that when I set the appointment) and I say, "Oh, they usually give her 2 this time and 2 next time." and she says, "oh, yeah, well because of the limited amount of time we have...". She mentions the time thing at least 2 more times - "we still have the 4pm appt. open if you want to take that instead" and she's just a fucking condescending cunt about it, purposely trying to do it in this stupid sing-songy voice that she thinks was killing me with kindness. So finally, I just say, "you know what? that's okay. It sounds like you guys are just too busy today <scooped up my dog> let's just forget about it. I was 5 minutes late so if you're that impacted by it, then we'll just find another vet. Thanks for your time." in MY sing-songy voice that was over-the-top, dripping with acidic sarcasm. So then she tries to start arguing with me about it being 10 minutes and not 5 so I said, "oh, okay." and walked out and asked the other receptionist for her medical records so I could give them to her new vet. Cunts, the lot of them. It's now been over an hour and they still haven't emailed them to me, when they said they would do it right away.

I'm so annoyed that I didn't take her name down (she's not the normal vet) so i could write a fucked up review about her on yelp/nextdoor/google. AND why the fuck was she in such a rush if she still had time at 4pm? All doctor's offices are such shit at scheduling. Without exception. They all suck donkey cocks.
