I am listening to a podcast about American spies. Been cool as shit to hear some of the stories. But today I was listening, our CIA was working on a regime change in Syria mid '40s. The guy in charge and a founding member of the CIA/ OSS name is Miles Copeland. You might know his son. He played drums for a small band. Stewart Copeland.

I thought was pretty cool anyway.
 
My dentist was the drummer for Steve Miller when they were in college. :beer2:
 
Hm. Is it coincidence that Miles is the first name of the guy who 'invented' Skynet?
 
Had to look up Stewart Copeland. Not a fan of his work TBH

Jim Morrison's dad was the captain that commanded the Carrier Division in The Gulf of Tonkin incident, which "justified" escalation of the Vietnam war.

Cool. I worked with a guy who's sister dated someone in Journey. Just as getting famous in SF.
