It’s a fucked up world out there, Champ. I have a niece who says she’s “nonbinary” but generally Identifies as male. She’s a they/them. Her “romantic partner” (my term because I don’t what the fuck else to call this person) is a biological male, but also says he’s nonbinary but generally identifies as a female and is also a they/them. So, I said “so, they’re basically a straight couple where the chick is the dude and the dude is the chick”

Apparently that was insensitive.

You gotta fight fire with fire when someone, ESPECIALLY "FAMILY", seems to disregard common decency, etiquette, or others' comfort.
