Power outage Wednesday

Found out my first ex fiance (there are 3) has cancer. Kind of a bummer. I talked with her best friend last night about it. Her and I gonna grab beers when she comes down to Cincy....but yea. Sucks.

Her husband and I are not cool with each other else I'd reach out.
 
20 degree drop in the temperature from yesterday to today. Weird to be like 70 and gloomy in August. Should knock us out of our light drought. Might have to change my plans for our clinic a bit, as I have no idea if the fields will be usable.

It was 64 when I left my house this AM and it's only supposed to go up to 79 today. Back up to 86 tomorrow, though.

First day of school for 3 of the 5. Dodger switched to my alma mater this year. Have to see if Bossy decides to later on if her sperm donor lets her. First tackle practice last night was spent in the locker room as lightning decided to show up at the beginning of our practice. See if we get to practice tonight. Buck's Jr wiffleball team was eliminated last night as they were crushed by an older team that had been in the finals the past 3 or 4 years. 32-3 as they used the wind to jack out some grand slams & etc.

We got rained out last night which means practice tonight is extended an hour.
 
morning

jammed the tip of my right ring finger last night trying to dig out a spike at volleyball last night. I think I will still be able to golf tonight, but it won't be comfortable

My buddy married his high school sweetheart on her 3rd marriage (his first).

So, love at first sight some, first, second then first again for others I guess.

They both did.

He was actually aggressively trying to get back together w his ex from college before he settled on going back in time even further.

Good thing this one worked out because he didn’t date anyone in junior high.
