Wild that the iconic announcer Brent Musburger, who was the primetime voice of ESPN/ABC for a long time, just disappeared because of that one comment he made. There was no goodbye tour, no nice send off, he was just gone. He's now some bookie in Las Vegas?

Probably didn’t help he was jerking off in the booth while talking about her. His partner in booth probably didn’t appreciate that.

The Voice is passed on over the years. Yes Keith Jackson was at one point The Voice but after him it became Musburger as he was the primetime guy. Now it's Chris Fowler.

Keith Jackson was a absolute mess on commentary in his later years, the last 4 or so were particularly brutal. He constantly would call players the wrong names and shit, you could tell he had lost it.

It's better to hang it up before you get to that point.

There was also the matter of being really old. The guy didn’t just perv on players’ girlfriends and praise Joe Mixon in the wake of him bashing women. He was terrible in playcalling.
