OD should have watched Game Day. This is all on him breaking tradition and the football gods punishing Oregon for it.
 
College football is back! What a game! What a tune up! Since the game was not on TV I was able to score some tickets and went to the game in person. Let me tell you all, Oregon is going to be alright. This was the perfect game needed for these young guys growing together. Getting to know their new QB and getting things worked out.

With Boise coming to town next week the Ducks got all they needed in this one. They ended up learning a lot and yet still pulled away with the Win. Faced adversity and still came away with the win. A practice game essentially a glorified spring game and still won.

Gabriel put up great numbers, he is going to be just fine. Lots to work on but the perfect game to get that stuff worked out before Boise St. This is also great as everyone will point to this game and think Oregon isn't good or something is wrong and underestimate the Ducks and then that is when Oregon can turn it on and throw some haymakers.

Great atmosphere in Autzen. This stadium and state is ready for the B1G. In a game like yesterday don't care if we won by 70 or won by 7, a wins a win and we got to learn a lot and now have a week to correct and prepare.

Buddy if I see it right Ohio State took a bit to get going against Akron. It's the first game of the season, simmer down. We will see you October 12th

Quote my post saying Ohio State was going to beat 70-6.

Also, taking a little bit to get going is a lot different than never getting it going
