This.

Most of the hats I wear regularly are Richardson 112 trucker hats, but if I choose to wear a ballcap while skiing, it's a fitted baseball hat with an easy style like what ill posted here:

I wear flip flops because I think slides look ghetto fabulous. I do have slides that I wear to/from the gym.

I have a pair of Berks that I've had for a couple decades, but they only get worn for comfort at the office or after trade shows because they're f'ugly.
I tried Berks before I went to Italy and they killed my feet. Unless you have them worn in, those fuckers are painful.

YMMV apparently. I remember them being comfortable right from the start. Of course, that was probably twenty years ago. Or maybe their foot beds fit my feet pretty well. Who knows?

they aren't comfy for people with no arch.

what is YMMV

I've always worn Tevas but they's 'spensive. I've tried some knockoffs but they're about as bad as wearing flip flops, they kill my feet.

Currently wearing these Hudsons, about 55$ and totes comfy:

is that a known acronym that most people know?
I mean, I've never seen a survey regarding how many people do or do not know it, but I've definately seen it used. I'm not one to be on the bleeding edge of internet acronyms, so I was surprised that I was aware of it and you weren't.

I have an arch but it's low and I'm susceptible to Planters. I would highly recommend a pair of Chacos if you don't have one they have great arch support.

The three shoe brands I live by are Brooks for tennis shoes, Merrills and Chacos for beach and water sports. I would never wear the Berks for more than going to the grocery store or just meandering for the day because yeah they suck if you are going to be on your feet all day. I love them but they suck.

Plantar as in Plantar Fasciitis so yeah I screwed that up.

If there wasn't such a beautiful/funny GIF I wouldn't even have bothered :thumb:

Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, come one come all and see the first man on HammerDownNation to actually admit to an error!

I had Chacos before and really liked them, but the thong broke. I sent them back since they have a lifetime guarantee and they sent me their newer model and I didn't like them...the straps were too loose on my feet.

Straps are adjustable. You just have to work with it.

I'd rather wear shoes... :rolleyes2:

I can't see anyone wearing these and sipping on martinis at the same time.
:heh::martini:

Well, of course, these I wear with the Gin and Tonics
Two things I'd never have in my liquor cabinet. Basically rubbing alcohol and vomit.

Totes delicious, perhaps England's greatest contribution to mankind

Chaco flip flop straps are not adjustable

but also, my fiance threatened to leave me if I ever wore Chacos...she specifically called them out...I don't know why
