Bookie:
$ 929.00
Pay the man his $60M+ per year Jerry.

Tony Romo 2.0. The only guy I can think of who's more overrated in that division is that doofus in Philly.

Dak better deliver some playoff wins this year. Doesn’t seem likely seeing they added nothing to improve the team.

Dak only accepting the highest paid contract in history.

Doesn't sound very optimistic on Trey Lance from reports coming out of Dallas. Dallas only gave up a 4th so no big deal. Biggest Fuk Up by 49ers FO

I had to do a double take when a Browns fan is trying to talk about 1) winning something and 2) overpaid QB's. :pop2:
fair enough, I’ve known like three “ok” seasons in my life watching the Browns and no good QBs.

my father is from Dallas so I’m just as big a Cowboy fan. Want to see the boys do well, just unhappy with the playoff performances under Dak and the offseason didn’t add much to help him. They sure looked good week 1 though :noidea:

Zimmer might even be an upgrade of Dan Quinn

That's JJ. As longs as he keeps selling out the stadium by making fans believe, he doesn't give a shit. Dak is just as big a loser as Romo. Without a SB victory, you're a failure, and he's an epic failure, but a rich one.

Pretty wild to be made the highest paid player in the NFL without a single conference championship game appearance let alone a SB

Dak is miles ahead of Deshaun though. You can win with Dak (theoretically) Deshaun is absolute garbage

It's all going to come down to the OL. Can the rookies hold up? If so then we are good to go. I know Dak and Zeke and Jerry and the HC's get a lot of the blame, but looking back at our playoff failures and it comes down to Tyron and usually one other starter being out. HOping the young guys can hold up.

Not like Hurts has been stellar. Make fun of the Dak contract all you want but both Dak and Jalen have team outs after the 2027 season. If both contracts end at that point then Dak will have made $231M between now and then while Jalen will have made $208m

Lotsa $$$$$$ for no Super Bowls. Heck I'd take the cash too.

This is a little unfair. JJ isn’t Dan Snyder or Robert Irsay. He is trying to win, but his downfall is that he thinks he’s competent. He’s a terrible GM, yet makes bonehead moves.

Dak’s the classic asshole that cares only about his paycheck and not about the product on the field.

Well.
He was in the running for MVP last year. Not like his product on the field is something to cry about or anything.

2-5 postseason record and 0-1 last season (with some very bad picks). That's product on the field too.

I wont argue his last playoff game wasnt good, but in general no QB wins if the defense gives up points & the coaches get out coached. QBs get way more credit & blame especially when in playoffs. It is a team sport. I will take a top ten QB on my team anytime. I really dont do the kneejerk reaction to playoff losses.
If all those losses were him being like Andy Dalton in playoffs. I might tend to agree with you more.

Dude, he gave the Packers half of their first quarter points directly. Pick in the red zone to Jaire Alexander and a 60-yd pick-6 to Savage. "Wasn't good" is an understatement. But then go and watch his other playoff performances and you realize it wasn't an isolated event.

Enough were. Prescott has some serious demon to exorcise with the way he plays in playoffs.

Ok. Care to compare Daks SB rings to Hurts?
I did. 0-0, but a boatload of unearned cash so fucking big it staggers imagination. Time was you earned the big cash based on bringing home the hardware. Now it's just speculation. When you're making Dak/Hurts cash, there's no incentive to bleed.
