Morning all


Thankfully Vikings stayed hot as gophers were a complete disappointment. Went to Gopher/Iowa game with my nephew, we had a fun time, but shitty end result. I'm starting to think this might be last year of season tickets. Twins have fully collapsed

Outside of that spent 9 hours in car friday to pick up a dog for my MIL and meeting up with MIL to drop off the dog. It was a pain, but alternative was them coming to the house and staying the night
 
Friday night alma mater came back & won. Made IN HS area teams 4-2. OH HS area teams went 1-3 as stepkids' school lost a barn burner that they were leading most of the game.
Saturday morning Bucks tackle team dominated for 3 quarters. Then started to turn the ball over but defense held & preserved the win. Michigan's one dimensional offense got the miracle they needed to beat USC as the defense was great the 1st half.
Sunday we were to go to a festival but it finally rained & downpoured. So did some activities with the kids & then saw my 49ers choke the game away to the Rams.

Vikes are the hottest team in the NFL out of the gate. Did NOT see that coming.

I get the feeling the Packers will get Love back for next weekend's game, but they will play like crap and the Vikes will cruise to an easy win.

didn't cheat...second place was -15

I just brought in two good golfers who carried us..plus we used our super mulligans really well

Morning. Had a nice weekend. Tank didn't run off the field crying at soccer, think that's a first for him this season. Took the kids to Six Flags, wifey wanted to ride a couple of the roller coasters so I took Tank on the kiddie rides. Went to my parents' place yesterday to watch the Eagles game.
 
Kiddo team w their 4th shutout in a row. They’re good.
 
also, I got a door prize at the tournament...a dozen Titleist Tour Soft golf balls. Nice.

I opened the box and it was filled with 4 sleeves of junk balls...

I think the person who donated it was victim to the new Walmart scam going around where people are swapping out junk balls with good ones in the boxes and paying the price of the junk balls.

so an FYI, always check whats in the box

we'll see, I would be minorly surprised if Love is back, I know he's been working out and looks good, but seems risky to push it

With that said, I'm not a doctor. If there is no concern of reinjuring, making it worse via playing, but if I'm love/GB I'm not rushing and risking his long term future.

If it's Willis, MN should win

If it's Love, I think it's more 50/50. GB is playing well and getting 2 wins with Willis as QB is pretty good. But MN should be tougher than Indy/Ten.
 
Another weekend of baseball and trying to watch football on my phone. Upgrading my TV and it arrives today, so pulled some new HDMI cables on Saturday and got ready. Retiring the old school receiver surround sound for a soundbar setup while I'm at it.

It all hinges on doctor clearance. Love wants to play and will do so as soon as he's cleared.
