I mean, a close win over BG at home shouldn't bump up anyone in the top 25, but I see what you mean. I didn't disagree with PSU dropping either, but there's 0 reason A&M should be ranked while Indiana isn't.

I agree Indiana should be ranked, but I'd kick BSU out because they have only 2 wins with their 1 loss.

There are a lot of questionable rankings on here, Clemson at 17? Why? We are 3-1 and the one loss was to a ranked team and someone has to be in the top 25 so they put us at 24, and that leads to talk of us being "overrated". :L

I don't disagree with there being questionable rankings. Clemson is at 17 because their offense has come alive. Now whether that continues is another story, but that's the big reason.

This isn't meant to just shit on A&M either. LSU shouldn't be ranked, and I'd even have them behind A&M. Same with Oklahoma and their shit resume, especially seeing how absolutely horrid Houston is. Teams like BC, Indiana, Washington State, or Nebraska deserve to be ranked ahead of those 3.

20-25 I wouldn't argue any number of teams could be swapped out and I'd certainly put any of those 4-0 teams in.

But your BGSU stuff is way off the mark. An 8th ranked team tied or trailing BGSU until midway through the 3rd quarter isn't anywhere near the same as the 25th ranked team leading the entire game (after 0-0) with our scout team QB.

Oh you're not wrong about the BG stuff, PSU looked like shit and deserved to drop. In fact, I would've dropped them more than 2, but I think pounding on WVU the week before probably helped their cause. Also have to give credit where it's due, both A&M and PSU likely don't have many guys on the 2-deep that wouldn't instantly start at BG, so good for them for hanging around.

That said, it's still September and these rankings are largely meaningless. I just like seeing teams like Indiana, who are usually doormats, getting their just due.

The guy used to have a major hate boner for Ohio State, I guess he's gotten over that since he has us #3, back in the day he'd probably barely have us in the top 10.
