UW only lost to WSU because of 16 penalties for 135y and still had to put up the worst play call on 4th and short I've seen in years. Now they are down 11 after penalty killing drives twice and flat out brain dead kid going on the field during a play handing 7 the other way.

You can't play football this way. It's not acceptable.
 
Obviously Washington didn't get the memo. You can lose to Rutgers, but not the 1st time you play them.
