Phantom OPI took away a TD, 3 missed field goal, bad penalties. Shouldn’t be close but Nebraska can’t help tripping over its own dick

Well in this era of trying to be super safe then the argument can be made that 1-2 plays ain’t enough time to make a good evaluation an injury anyway so… I could see that happening.
