Gonzaga News

A team no one would be thrilled to face right now.

Everyone in the rotation that could stay, did. Added Ajayi. We’ll be pretty good again.

Top 10 team for sure. Maybe top 5. Pretty crazy that a "rebuilding" year now means a S16 appearance at worst.

Venters tore his Achilles today. That sucks.

Gonzaga to the newly formed P12. Will get a full share of revenue. Wow. Please bring St Mary's too. And P12, please add UNLV and Nevada. Nice bball league potential.

It's starting to dawn on me that there isn't going to be a Pac 12 tournament during championship week this year. I hate expansion.

A lot of people reporting the Gonzaga to the PAC 12 story is not true. Let's see what happens.

Yeah, it definitely sucks. Not only that, but we've also lost 11 games of total inventory, because the B1G and ACC aren't adding in extra games because they've capped the number of teams that can make the league tournament. I used to love staying up late until 2:00 am watching P12 hoops.

Yeah, I did see reports of that after the fact. Just assumed since it was McMurphy that it's happened.

My guess is that there's a lot of mutual interest but Gonzaga wants to see who the PAC adds before making a final decision.

Gonzaga will be in it, but the timing of the reporting is weird cause there is literally nothing the 6 can offer them at the moment. The conference doesn’t have enough football teams to get a tv deal that was reported they’d get a full share of.

Utah State has accepted and UNLV is still a potential option as of now.

Gonzaga has their own thread on here.....WTF?

Gonzaga
San Diego State
Colorado State
Boise State
Utah State
UNLV
Oregon State
Washington State
Fresno State

That's not a bad hoops league

It's a good league.

Gonzaga really has to stay a Final 4/title contender for this league to really be where it wants to be, because I don't think any of the other teams are capable at the moment outside of a fluke run.

If Gonzaga somehow falls back to the pack, then it just becomes the MWC under a different name

Heard a rumor over the weekend and would like to know your feelings. Memphis, Tulane and USF to the Big East, Villanova up to the FBS and those 4 plus UConn to become football only members of the Pac 12.
