Mets are playing with house money, they've already achieved more than anybody expected this year. Still nerve wracking to watch, but I'm having more fun than anxiety

They remind me of the 2002 Angels and 2015 Royals that beat the Mets. Well balanced and relentless

I feel like the Phillies finally woke up after 15 innings. That being said, nobody wants to play a team in the playoffs who always believe they'll be able to come back no matter what.
 
Game 3 starters Aaron Nola vs Sean Manaea. Whoever wins this one likely takes the series tomorrow.

Nola had a CGSO against the Mets earlier in the season and another start where he only went 4 1/3 with 6 runs allowed.

Manaea faced the Phillies 3 times, pitched 16 innings, gave up 14 hits and 10 runs.

I'm going to miss the first hour because of commuting, so thanks again, MLB schedulers

one of those was in Philly, the other was in NY. Think it'll work out well. Nola got this easy.

basically another factor in having Nola pitch in NY and Sanchez go game 2 at home.

Another solid meeting down and I'm out.
