Looked into ending my lease early, and moving in with SA...60 days notice, and 2 months rent, though. My lease ends early April, so most I save is about $1,000. Still might be worth it. IDK

Yeah, that sucks. I think I'm going to do it.... Covid is just going to shut down shit this winter, I won't be able to walk to any Jackets games. Might as well start that process early, and save a grand.

I guess if you think you are with her there until you guys buy. A small ding on rental history but with the payout probably not major.

To me not having to move shit for a few months is worth a 1000 bucks

The plan was to move in together for a year, then buy. So this is just doing that a few months early
