GAME College Gameday - Autzen Stadium - #3 OREGON vs #2 Ohio State - B1G

I noted that Will Howard had a better night at QB than Dillon Gabriel did.

Howard: 28 of 35 = 80% completion rate.
Gabriel: 23 of 34 = 67% completion rate.

I think that is just because there isn't a stat for "taking a knee with time expired".

Howard had more short throws.

Gabriel had more downfield throws.

Both QBs played a hell of a game, that's for sure.

It was on the road for Howard and at home for Gabriel. I know that much.

Are you implying it was just as loud for Gabriel when he was on the field than it was for Howard?

If so, then Oregon fans are pretty fucking dumb.
How loud could 60k be?

If you subscribe to what some talking heads say, Autzen is louder than Kyle Field and one of the top 5 loudest stadiums in CFB.

Tiger Stadium is the only one with comparable noise.

Haven't been to a game in Oregon so couldn't tell ya. I find it hard to believe anywhere is louder than Kyle Field, but oh well.

Who's loudest shouldn't even be part of the conversation, unless said crowd was equally loud when Gabriel was taking the snap as they were when Howard was taking the snap.

If that were the case then Oregon fans are fucking dumber than a box of rocks. It's part of the advantage of playing at home.

Who's stadium is loudest is simply a distraction.

If your team is at home, and your offense is on the field, then your home fans should be quieter than a church mouse.

Do Oregon fans even football?

True, but so is which QB had the higher completion percentage. Gabriel played the better game because he led his team to victory.

Neither had an INT and both threw 2 TD's.

Ohio St had two fumbles to Oregon's zero.

Oregon's team led them to victory by holding onto the fucking ball.

Oregon TD

I don't know what they're calling the other fumble because it's not in the stats, but I assume it was the onside kick.
