i've heard from people on twitter that it's overblown.. but my best friend has been to oxford multiple times (ex wife was an Ole Miss grad), including the last time Texas went to play there.. he swears by it.

I have the unique experience of having been there in 1978 when it was, in fact, a grove. You could have a tailgate, throw the football with kids, hang out and chat. Today, it's just a big fucking field, tents stacked up on top of each other. They allow generators or did when we went in 2016, so fumes are everywhere.

At least at Bama, they run electricity that you can tap into. UGA is more spread out all over campus and not concentrated in any one area. Plus, downtown Athens has about 80 bars and restaurants, so we often just go downtown.

Not my speed, but it was a great taunt because Jexas fans on social media are crying their eyes out over it.

The big haired Conway Twatty dude was at the game too. Now he's 0-2, approaching Ted Cruz status :dhd:

we do have some whiney people as fans sometimes.. I just laughed..
