Just my opinion, but the field refs could have called it either way and I would not have overturned the call.

He was bobbling the ball though. Had he not gotten hit, yes he probably secures it, but if a player steps out of bounds in that same way with the ball still moving, it's incomplete

In real time that is a tough call. But isn't that the point of a replay review?

If he were going out of bounds sure. But he was not going out of bounds. If he makes the turn he is running for progress. If it were a case of heading out of bounds I would completely agree
