Seeing how these OL play like shit in Chicago but much better elsewhere, I'm not sure where you're even going to find a solution. It's not even just OL, it seems to be any position. The players don't suck, the team just makes them seem that way.

He sure was. It sucks that they never put this level of a coherent team around him, but at least he got his ring in LA.

I drafted Caleb as my no.1.3 pick on my ffb team.....
I released him for a k after the Ari game.....
Picked GB def Tuesday morning vs this abominarion of an oline and team.....
No confidence anything about the Bears right now.
So its a win/win for me.....
Bears show up for once and take diwn GB,I'll take that loss on my team......

Bears get boat raced,ya well I expected it and my team benefits.....I can't control what happens,and its probably first time in a very very long time I had a Packer on my team.......and he was a k for one game.

I have come to the conclusion that the Bears intentionally fuck up their QB picks in the draft.

Family gathering at middle kid's house. 14 Packers fans and one 49ers fan, and he either converts or GTFO.
 
The Bears in a nutshell. After losing to the Rams in the playoffs with a double doink, it appeared about the only thing they focused on was getting a kicker. That was the only area of weakness in their minds, kicker. If that doesn't say inept, I don't know what does.
