Wow. Almost half of the ranked teams don’t have a single win against another top 25. That’s insane.

Clemson seems high.

Tulane while they have been controlling AAC games, definitely seems high at 17. They lost their opportunity and got beat by OU and K State, average to above average P4 teams.

I think Boise at 11 seems right based on the results although we haven’t been playing like a top 12 team for the past several weeks. If we keep it up and don’t improve, we’re either missing the playoffs altogether or getting our asses kicked in the playoffs. Either way not good.

Tulane has benefitted from a lot of the teams ahead of them dropping out

Where's Notre Dame gonna fall to after they lose to Southern Cal? Where's Tennessee gonna fall to after they lose to Vanderbilt?

Thank God we got that H2H over South Carolina if they start debating 3 loss teams to get in.

Because South Carolina is a better football team than us IMO.

What is strange a good number of those didn’t have any on their schedules. That is expected in some conferences but not SEC or B1G teams. Thank you huge conferences and unbalanced schedules.

Starting to think if we play in the CCG, we should let Oregon win it and take on ASU and Boise the first two rounds and let them get Georgia after the bye.
Based on the current Committee rankings the 5 seed is one of the best.
1 seed gets Georgia/Tenn winner
5 seed gets ASU and then BSU
3 seed gets Indiana/PSU winner
2 seed gets any/ND

If it stays the same the 5 seed plays an extra game, but has the easiest path to the final 4

Yeah, when you play well matters as much as playing well in this format. Lesser teams coming can in on and continuing a heater can definitely upend better teams. And the opposite unfortunately.

Best two teams “right now” may well be Kansas and Baylor.

Nuckin’ futs

Someone called em the Indiana of the SEC for 2024.
I didn’t, but someone did…
It’s getting stupid. that is what happens when you listen to Sooners.

SOS according to Sagarin:
Texas 39
Penn State 37
Oregon 52
OHIO state 58
ND- 65
Georgia - 4
Tenn- 57
SMU- 59
Indiana- 68
Miami- 61

Hard to look at that and say Texas has a weak SOS compared to the field

UGA will have a bye or drop below their current ranking greatly. You understand that, right?

It was an example using the current projections. Everyone else understood that, you Putz
