I would really call it a big rivalry game. UGA has owned GT. Yeah, they've been playing the game since 1893 & GT owns a lot of records vs Georgia but GT has won 6 times in the last 30 years & are 71–41–5 overall.

Yeah, the rivalry really went south in the early 1960s when GT left the SEC. Before we left the series was tied. Since then we average about 2 wins per decade.
