GAME The Game: Michigan @ #2 The Ohio State | Noon EST on Fox

Our special teams being so awful is all on Day too. I’m not even mad at Fielding, Day didn’t even attempt to try to land a decent kicker in the portal the clown looked at what we had and said “yea this works”

I will say, I thought Kirk called some good passing plays today. Unfortunately Warren made some horrendous throws, especially on the two interceptions. The Hansen underthrow on the sideline was terrible too

The INT by Sawyer is legit one of the worst throws I’ve ever seen he had dude wide fucking open and somehow noodle armed a already easy short throw.

I think people are jumping the gun assuming Day will keep getting us into the 12 team playoff about every year. This game absolutely totally broke him. The Demeanor in the press conference, him just stading there with his thumb up his ass looking like a deer in the headlights while that post game brawl was going on, I see a quick slip to 9-3/8-4 coming.

The draw run on 3rd and 10 before the 2nd missed FG was the most chicken shit play call you’ll ever see, that’s essentially playing for a FG with a kicker who had shaken confidence after missing from similar shorter distance earlier in the game.

That’s legit a play call a MAC team does to stay in the game against a bigger school.

Next year's schedule looks a bit trickier, though it'll be a while before we know what those rosters will even look like (along with OSU). OSU does have to start the season with Texas though. At least they aren't scheduled to play Oregon

Days luck against Ped State is long over due to run out.

9-3 losses to Texas, Penn State and Michigan.

Maybe... Frames Janklin gonna Frames Janklin till proven otherwise

I also wouldn’t be shocked if Day completely lost the team with this game. No confidence going into a shell and the post game presser just looked like a guy who’s lost everything.

No. Seriously. Did Michigan really win?

Harbaugh broke this man 4 years ago when he told him he was born on third and thought he hit a triple. Like, to this day that will go down as one of the more devastating off the field blows in rivalry history. Maybe even CFB history. Along the lines of Woody’s “because I couldn’t go for 3”. Just destroyed him emotionally.

With a walk on QB no less. They spent $20 million dollars to lose to a walk on QB and first year head coach at home. lol.

We would be 8-4 at best with McCord this year. He's a horrific QB.
Yeah -- crazy how McCord has Syracuse at 9-3 with half the talent they have at Ohio. But he'd be 8-4 at best at Ohio.

Nah -- Ohio can win 10/11 games a year simply by being vastly more talented than every team in the B1G.

You do what you gotta do. We will be there. @SlinkyRedfoot an avatar bet? No point spread, win or lose. How about a month?

A month?!?

You must really love peckers, my friend!

I’ll do a week or a month. Your call.

If Ryan Day sounds like he’s crying in the post game interview, I get to help @Voltaire with your avatar

I accept. I’m old and lack talent in such things. @SlinkyRedfoot be ready to bring it on IF Michigan loses.

Well, that sucked ass.

Fuck Ryan Day.

Congrats, Voltaire.

Let’s have it.

What is crazy is, as bad as Davis is -- he is, by far, the best QB we have.
A Pop Warner Qb could have made that throw. He had half of the end zone to lob the ball to and the guy could have walked under the throw.

That's a call you make when you don't trust your QB to make a throw downfield and points are at a premium.

It cracks me up to hear Ohio say they would have lost with McCord yesterday as QB, when the biggest advantage they had were at WR and you had a QB who couldn't get them the ball, even though we had backups all over the secondary. The same McCord who passed for almost 300 yards against the best defense UM has ever had, who was healthy with high round NFL talent all over the secondary last year.

Not only does Ohio beat UM yesterday if McCord was the QB. You would have crushed us. Michigan had Makari Page covering Egbuka one on one. Page is our backup safety who is only starting because of other injuries. Howard completed one ball to him in those situations. A 7 yard out.

Ohio can't get out of their own way. Always looking for someone else to blame. Reality is -- Michigan was more physical again. More physical on the defense side of the ball. More physical on the offensive side of the ball. Hell -- if it weren't for Downs -- the game wouldn't have even came down to the last drive. Downs played amazing. He is about the only guy on Ohio who can hold his high with how he played.

I PRAY my Lions do not draft Sawyer or JTT. They are two of the most overrated DE's I've ever seen and will get eaten up in the physical style of the NFL.
