Watched the Gameday marathon this morning and of course they spent time on the flag planting and fights, schools getting fined. Here is the question:

Now with NIL, should individual players get fined?

I'd be good with that.. it's getting out of hand.. I hated the fact that our guys tried that shit too.. it's not good sportsmanship.

Yes, but not for the highlighted incident.

If player conduct breaks the law, follow the legal process.

No need to fine individuals

Not until they’re fully treated as employees which will probably happen in our lifetimes. Then yeah fine away.

Of course they should be fined. They get paid just like NFL players. Just a bunch of stuck up kids getting paid to go to school…which a lot with “graduate” with a PE degree in “3 years”. Bravo. Even if they dont make it in the NFL so will be set for life if they aren’t stupid.
I am not for excessive fining but in the right situation absolutely. They won’t take this shit for granted

In my day, we just won the game, no new rule necessary

I think we’re also close to contracts where there is buyout clauses and things like that if they hit the portal.

If they want to be treated like professional football players & they're making money. Then yes, fines are fine. LOL
