Oregon got fucked and UGA got a free pass to the title game.

My prediction is a Texas v Georgia p3 in the national title game. With Texas winning…just because I think it’s almost impossible to beat a team 3 times in 1 season

People are underrating Notre Dame.

I love that Oregon gets to knock out all 3 SEC teams in the playoff.
 
The seeding is all screwed up because of the auto byes. Oregon got screwed because of it. That said, if they beat Ohio State, Texas (in Arlington) and Georgia (in Atlanta) after going 13-0 in a super conference, there's no doubt that it would be the most legit natty of all time.

I agree. The auto-byes make zero sense.

How you gonna take 4 teams and make them the top four just based on winning their conference....

then have Clemson (another conference winner) have the 12th seed!

It's fucking stupid.

Either winning the conference championship game matters or it don't.

You can't have it both ways.

Yeah, they really dropped the ball there. I didn't think about it that much when they introduced the format. And I bet the committee didn't think this season would unfold the way it did. Good to great teams losing to inferior teams, the unbalanced schedules really being... well... super unbalanced. Now, if SMU gets blown out 41-17, watch some of "those folks" scream that SMU didn't belong.

Whether they are good or not, ND hasn't played anyone. They have the worst loss of any team in the field.

You did get screwed, your macho posting notwithstanding. Whether you can win 3 in a row we shall see.

I doubt you face UGA. We will be playing QB2, and at some point I suspect that stops us. We are deserving of being in (fuck off FSU fans), but if they could have seeded us differently, they probably should have. With a byte, we are seeded as low as we can be for an AQ.

Have no idea what bowl. DGAF. I've already mentioned in another post, I haven't watched bowl games in years. They can do away with them, won't make me any difference.
