Also, I agree with the cash grab portion of it. VA will set up these machines from time to time in certain areas before heading onto the interstate, which supposedly say if you pass or not. If you pass, cool, just let me know. If it didn't pass, yeah send them something and say you have to fix it and get it inspected to show you passed now. EZ PZ.

Not yet... I received notification (and I guess I have 9 more days) that I had to get my car in for emissions by December 19th or get fined and pay more for me inspection
