This probably should have been the guy. Obviously if he had good success here OSU would eventually come calling and he’d leave but honestly I’d take that good success in a heartbeat. But the big donors got what they wanted. I’d imagine we’ll lose the AD here in the next year or two. SMH

IIRC He was asked about the WVU opening ( I thought he’d have been a decent fit) and said pretty much what you did.
Was it that he didn’t want WVU over gig like Vegas or did he realize that it was never a serious option I don’t know but…interesting

I suppose it might be because UNLV is a no/low pressure gig. He wins 9 or 10 games there, he's a god. 6 or 7, they don't care. WVU isn't Bama but if he wins 6 there the seat starts to get warm
