My mortgage is more than that a month, but I also have the taxes and insurance rolled up in it. 15 year that was supposed to go til 2033, think I have it down to 2029 or end of 2028 now.
Living the dream! I refied in 2021 or whatever, so maybe I'll have it paid off for a year or two before I have to move into a nursing home.

That said, the wire that engages the pullout for the chairs or whatever you want to call it, I initially used my mini saw, which was precarious. Once i remembered I had wire cutters, yeah, another thing that made it safer...
