Just rank 'em 1-12. (If auto bids are necessary (which I've been told even the P2 want them included) let 'em fall where they do. Four highest ranked teams, irrespective of conference championship, should get first round byes AND get to host the 2nd round games. Play eight games on campuses. Screw the bowls. They should let me be CFB czar!
