Can’t really judge him because of Milroe. Saban is a defensive coach so he could still win with a shitty QB. Deboer as an offensive coach is only as good as his QB

Martindale changed up his play calling on defense going into the Indiana game. Michigan looked like a completely different team once he did. Michigan held Indiana to 12 yards in the 2nd half. We gave up nothing to NW. We held Ohio to 10 points and Alabama to 13 points.

So he figured something out.

I can talk all the smack I want ... we are the SEC champs in the CFP while they went 9-4. Sure they beat us, but they lost to a lot of 6-6 teams, something we didn't do. There are a lot of embarrassed talking heads today.

FWIW, I thought they were better than Indiana and SMU, and probably Clemson. And would have played better in the CFP. But they sure didn't show it today.
 
Weird since everyone has been able to pay players Alabama hasn’t been as good?
