I know everyone has been waiting on an update, but my truck did remote start this morning and it was colder than yesterday. So can confirm it's the stupid sequence I have to do when getting out of my truck the night before.

Scheduled a few weeks back to have the carpet replaced in the bedrooms for this upcoming friday. And of course they are calling for some snow/mix that day. And given how everything shuts down here at the slightest sign of snow, these fuckers better still show up.

I haven't taken the time to figure it out, but I can't open my truck door before I have turned off the truck. It "dings" at me if I do. But if I wait until after its shut off to open then door I don't hear that.
One of these days I'll actually test it out. Sounds exhausting though

My wife has read the books and seen the play probably a half dozen times. I avoided all of it, so went into it having no idea what the premise was other than the origin story of Wizard of Oz.
It was pretty good. She really liked how it was done.
She has said that the books are MUCH darker, and everyone who sees it with their kids shouldn't read the books with the kids.
