Obama weaponized FEMA against Texas because he felt they had already paid for fire fighting equipment in the past. Left millions of acres and thousands of homes/structures to burn, lives to be lost including firefighters, and all because Obama is a giant piece of shit and FEMA is a liberal infested organization that needs to be disbanded and restarted from the ground up.
