That's what Thamel is saying but we know how PR/Families use him as a mouthpiece.. They make it seem like it was nothing, but i'm not buying it.. and luckily for me.. Texas isn't looking for a one year QB

Yes, he had something similar to TJ surgery.

There is no question that to go from a pass-catching group that included Brock Bowers and McConkey, who both had killer NFL rookie seasons, to the room that dropped the most passes in the country is a big change. Not to mention, we had subpar OL play and RBs injured all over the place. That said, he just never had the mental framework right - I think he got wrapped up in the Heisman and #1 NFL draft PCI hype, and when he started throwing the ball to the other team, he never really recovered mentally.
