until the players begin to collective bargain.. they won't be able to limit the percentages like how the NFLPA has done.

However I get all the negative things, but on a positive side.. Even an agent making 20% better be earning that since it means more money for them as well
 
This is just the big time NIL deals, not the true jersey sales and video game sales.
