NFL WEEKLY GAME THREAD Wild Card Weekend

Only team I vBet on today that won were the Eagles

Philly remains classy. Just remember, they only act that way when they have overwhelming numbers. They’re all cowards when the numbers are even or not in their favor.

You can ask the Phillies fan that got whipped in the back parking lot at Turner Field

Sounds like they acted that way when severely outnumbered in Atlanta.

Cowboys fans over here going "Thanks for showing up in the playoffs when you aren't playing us, Packers. YOU FACE!"

Good luck trying that in Detroit. The brothers don’t take kindly to this kind of thing.

Good way to show up missing.
I can’t think of any possible reason I’d ever find myself in Detroit.

My company isn’t in Michigan, Detroit doesn’t host CFB NCG’s, there’s no hunting there, you can’t eat the fish out of the Detroit River, and there’s better gambling action around here

I did fly into Detroit when I was a kid before crossing the border into Windsor to visit some of my step grandma’s family. 5 pin bowling, black squirrels and gravy on fries(and not the good kind of gravy that goes on biscuits and gravy). Never again

I had to work in ATL during a summer a few years ago (Buckhead). I got myself stuck in a stairwell in 100 degree weather and almost died (not really but definitely from embarrassment). I’ve told the story before. I’m still scared to use stairwells to this day.

I don’t really have a use for Atlanta either now that the Braves are in the burbs

What a boring wild card weekend.

I did not watch one entire game, despite being ready for SAT and SUN filled with football. I watched maybe 10-15 plays combined from the first three games (Chargers offense was a joke, Steelers did not show up, Broncos did not belong). Saw the 4th quarter of the Buccs-Commanders, but the eye test told us both these teams STINK. I can't remember being this disappointed with the wild card games.

Yes we get the Vikings-Rams tonight, but if we're being honest neither has a shot at a SB run.

Maybe I was desensitized with how good the CFB semi's were?

And almost no one mentioning how long it's been since Washington won a playoff game.

Last night’s game was pretty good. And there was a mild sweat at the end of the Eagles game for those of us that had Eagles -5

Baltimore currently favored by 1. That's interesting.

Apparently Saquan taking a knee saved the sports books a ton of money.
Player prop or something?

Game never came close to the o/u and Eagles pretty well locked down the cover when they got the int.

Eagles -5 was my big bet yesterday and I was sweating that the missed extra point earlier in the game was gonna lead to a backdoor push and a backdoor beat for the folks that got em at 5.5

I was trying to figure out the same thing.

In other news, the Cowboys and McCarthy unfortunately couldn't come to an agreement so he's not their coach anymore.
