i dunno. Any suggestions? I had salmon & veggies for lunch yesterday but I feel like salmon is quick & easy…especially if I don’t get home until 7. Will likely end up having a couple mozzarella sticks because I’m struggling with the “adulting” portion of adulthood

My go to is broiled chicken wings and dipping sauce when I run out of ideas.
Salmon is easy, but expensive.
I'm leaning toward Costco mussels or Manilla clams with plenty of EVOO and garlic over linguini tomorrow.

Gonna vacay in southeast Florida late March, early April B4 hurricane season. Ocean fishing 4 of the 7 days and bar hopping on 3 of the 6 nights.
Getting the fish frozen for shipping back here will be a challenge.
