Wild that New Orleans got over half a foot of snow and we're still dealing with piddling snowfalls.

we had a little dusting last night but it was gone by the morning, which was weird. It was certainly cold enough to stick around...

anyways, it's fucking cold out there

Took the recycling cans out today before I came downstairs to work. Still waiting for my penis to de-turtle. 6 degrees out there.

I went to the dump yesterday morning...it wasn't too bad.

I think I got some dirty looks from the Commanders fans who didn't like my Eagles hat though.

Fuck them though

-27 windchill overnight. We are supposed to start climbing out of this through tomorrow. When its this cold it is amazing how nice 30 degree temps feel.

my Discover Weekly in Spotify is really terrible this week.

Got cabin fever big time. I had to get out yesterday so I shoveled the driveway just for something to do. May go get a haircut this afternoon

Better keep my "hot takes" going on football. The local Bucknuts & Irish fans aren't fond of us local Michigan fans. I'll say NFL, the order is Bills, Skins,..........Chiefs, and................................ eagLes.

The light fluffy dustings evaporate pretty quickly.

Arctic air is very dry air. Pretty much everybody up here has a humidifier for winter. Not only does it feel warmer it keeps your skin from drying out and itching.

Yep.

They've had twice as much snow as we've had since fall. Some areas down there have had 3 or 4 times as much as we've had.

I'm not in Omaha but fairly close. As of Jan 5th they were on their 3rd lowest snowfall totals in a season in 'recorded' history. Look at the dates of the other seasonal snowfall totals, BTW.

We actually had a 2" snowfall here, so we'd be more like 2.5" - 3" total on the season that runs from November - March.
