Man I don't give a shit. I really don't like basketball at all. I tolerate the Thunder because they are fun to watch but the last 2 minutes of a basketball game is insufferable and the refs dictate the outcome most of the time.

i have been out on Texas basketball.. hoping that they make a change at the end of the season.. I just cameback in this thread because of that epic choke job.. Like I didn't even comeback in here after the ou win because we both want our HC fired.

I hope this is done.

Problem is, it was reported that he sent pictures so either that was a lie or the accuser couldn’t pick his dick out of a lineup.

If he sent pictures over text then the records would exist. If they weren't found it was because the accuser lied or the investigators didn't look.

This seems pretty simple because you are correct the pictures exist or they don’t.

1. Those that reported on the pictures need to explain where they got the information.
2. If her attorney claimed there were pictures he needs to explain where they are.
3. If she was flat out lying and there are no pictures then she should be charged with extortion.

This can’t be nothing to see here because it isn’t a he said she said there was claim of physical evidence so someone needs to explain that one.

Until the day comes where people who lie to accuse others of a crime are then made to face the same penalty, things will never change. I think we are getting closer and closer to that every day. If you accuse someone of rape when it was consensual, then you don't get a penalty of a fine and some community service...you got to prison for a LONG time. Make the punishment for a false police report equal to the punishment if the person had actually done that crime. You will see these false rape/assault/domestic abuse cases disappear. Then you can increase the penalties for people who actually commit those crimes because false accusations will plummet.

He has an attorney and plans on suing this person/people who accused him for defamation of character.. and he should! Like I said before there was really nothing to this because had there been anything they could tie to him too, they would've acted immediately.
 
I know the Dalton Knect effect was part of it mixed in with the hot start.

But Chaz Lanier is closer to trash than he is elite player like Knect.
