Might be getting DAZN again. They have rugby and soccer up here.
 
I just checked, and I will be reupping my DAZN subscription to get me through until after the champions league finishes
 
I'll be watching on Peacock.

Ireland and France have to be favorites.

Last one was great, loved the parts with Andrew Porter. Take away the Irish accent, and he just seems like a big country farm boy the the US or Canada.

That was a great match, England looking well for the future.

As for tonight, I expect France to hammer Wales.

France is a different animal now, last year they half assed there way to 2nd place, and still could have won it if Scotland had beaten Ireland. With Dupont back and running the show, I think they are the team to beat.

Prediction:
1. France
2. Ireland
3. England
4/5. Scotland/Italy (could go either way)
6. Wales, wooden spoon once again.
 
28-0 at the half, maybe hammer was an understatement.

England Ireland was really good for a long time. And then it turned into a rout.

England were great the first half, then Ireland figured them out. Lots of mistakes by England in the 2nd half too, plus a few questionable calls from the ref.
 
1st round observations.

France look like we thought they would with Dupont, though Wales are even more terrible than last season
Scotland got it together and were clearly better, all of Italy's points were gifted, hopefully Scotland got their jitters and mistakes out of the way, they can't do that against Ireland or France.
Ireland looking solid as usual, though they won't be able to count on mistakes when they play France.
England are not a bad side, just need discipline, and maybe a couple of personnel tweaks.
Italy are still improving, but still have a ways to go.

France still looks like the team to beat.
 
Predictions for round 2:

England may hang for a while in the 1st half, but France turns it on a wins big in the 2nd.
Italy keeps moving forward and wins, confirming Wales gets the wooden spoon.
Ireland v Scotland will be close, Ireland should win but don’t be surprised if Scotland pulls the upset.
 
Awesome game. Just fucking awesome. I love to see France bite the bullet.

I don’t either, but if Ireland make any mistakes and Finn Russell pulls some moves out of his ass, they could get lucky, though I doubt it happens.

But then I also thought France would roll England. lol
