Playoffs start tomorrow, we're probably done for a bit after that. Couldn't catch the Lions at 0-16, but that's entirely because we won't play 16 games.

Moving into a Tiny House Bobby?
IMO moving is one of the hardest jobs there is. Our last move I decided to bite the bullet and paid for a company to move the big stuff. Worth every pennyI almost wish. Closed on the new place two Wednesdays ago and have been killing myself every day morning, noon and night moving stuff - my poor fat (obese) father in law fucking bit it hard falling out of the U-Haul trying to help. Like, bro, go sit w your grandkids and do the grandpa thing. Was horrifying seeing him slip off the track, bounce off the truck and fall on the ground.
Other than that been a very productive week and a half.

The only thing that I enjoy about moving is getting rid of shit. After hearing other people and my own experience of "I can't believe all the junk we have" I make a point prior to a move of weeding through everything and getting rid of stuff we don't need. You still never get it all but it feels catharticHired movers to move the biggest and heaviest shit I could’ve move myself but I got 80% of everything out of the house on my own - including filling 3 big blue dumpsters then loaded and unloaded the U-Haul twice (20 footer). I got all the beds (mattresses and frames) moved myself and a bunch of other shit (like all my gym stuff) that left bruises all over me. Disassembling the garage racks and reassembling them sucked. My knees have never felt worse from taking all those trips up and down the track.
All that’s left are boxes and clothes to unpack which should feel like a Caribbean Cruise by comparison.
so, you made the playoffs?Playoffs start tomorrow, we're probably done for a bit after that. Couldn't catch the Lions at 0-16, but that's entirely because we won't play 16 games.

Six teams in our division, everyone makes the playoffs. No better time to go on a three game win streak.so, you made the playoffs?
Buck's first year of Farm League they had to play all 3 teams they were swept by in the regular season. In the championship they somehow beat the other team in town that had run ruled them 2x in the regular season.Six teams in our division, everyone makes the playoffs. Last night was kind of whatever. Because of pitch counts and stuff, I was really limited on who I could use in the first place, and I wanted to save one kid for tomorrow. So I pitched the last two kids who hadn't pitched at all this season for an inning each, and then gave the ball to a kid who hadn't pitched in a while.Buck's first year of Farm League they had to play all 3 teams they were swept by in the regular season. Agreed. Plus last time @Hu War Yu wanted me to sign some waivers which included having POA rights over my life saving measures. Forced me to take a beathiring movers is way to go
once you reach certain age and income, rounding up friends for free pizza and beer just wont cut it
Eh, those were some hard years when I played. In the 3 or 4 years of LL the team I was on won 1 game my 12 year old year. What happens though when you always have to scrounge for enough players. We played with 8 a lot which may have been an auto forefeit back then but still played for the hell of it. When I played Farm League, we had 2 teams and both were in semis, so we decided to put a LL team together. The other town in our school district built at the time a state of the art facility. We lost all of our studs to them and scraped to get enough for a team for ourselves. They were all in house and we played against some pretty good Ohio teams. All this talk about little league baseball. Those were great times!
