Morning all, lawn bowling team dominated. More the other team not being very good then us doing anything special

walked 18 holes yesterday, totally wiped me out. It got hot and humid and hilly. Shot a 93...couple missed putts would have gotten me in the 80's. Oh well...good day on the course.

Our Coach Pitch team took a thumping last night. The other team was all Grand's age. Meanwhile we just have Grand & another that age (playing hurt to boot) & most of our team could technically play Tball. Thought we did well due to being younger.

Been there a good bit for the wifes family. Actually headed there this weekend. Great breweries. And a good walking trail at the river

You could live the @RoyMunson dream and ride the Virginia Capital Trail for 4 hours or so down to Williamsburg/Jamestown.

Apparently that links to the bike path I mentioned. I've ridden the southeastern part by Williamsburg a few times, got as far as the Chickahominy River on it once. There's a nice brewery right near the trailhead there.

I think we will be hitting up Star Hill. I hear there are some really good restaurants too.

Star Hill has a nice rooftop situation. Also near a bunch of other good breweries. The Veil is right there and may be my favorite brewery in terms of quality of beer.
